This month our Live-In Care Professional of the Month is Gloria!

Gloria was nominated by the family of the clients she is currently supporting. She has been exceptional in her role, running things "like clockwork." The families she works with are very happy with her care and professionalism.

She demonstrates great attention to detail, always being proactive and on the ball when it comes to reporting issues to the live in manager. She tackles challenges swiftly, safely, and efficiently, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly with the clients best interests at heart.

Her dedication and hard work are truly commendable, and she deserves to be recognized for the outstanding care and support she provides.

In conjunction with the guidance and our own high standards, we have made strides in becoming a proactive business that identifies change, to improve the standard of care we deliver.
