At New Age Care we provide a bespoke visiting care service. Our packages are tailored to individual wishes and needs, allowing a person to continue to live independently.

Our visits are from 1 hour upwards and can support a person with any of their daily tasks. These regular visits will give individuals, and their families, peace of mind that you are being looked after.

Here you can find the most common questions that we get asked in relation to the domiciliary service we provide.

Will I see the same caregiver every day?

Wherever possible we will send the same caregivers. However, due to sickness, annual leave and unfortunate circumstances we cannot guarantee this. So, on the rare occasion this isn’t possible, we will send another caregiver, who you will have met and been introduced by a senior member of staff who will go through your situation and needs.

During your care-planning stage we gather lots of information about your likes, dislikes, hobbies, and interests to make sure our caregivers are carefully matched.

Can I trust the caregiver coming into my home?

Everyone that comes to New Age Care is carefully checked and screened before undertaking a role with us. Each caregiver attends induction training and will have shadowed another caregiver or manager before attending clients on their own. We also gain feedback from the clients on how the shadowing shifts went, as your opinion is of utmost importance to us.

How much does care cost?

We provide a spectrum of services at New Age Care from one hour calls to 24hr live ins. Our care is also tailored to suit the needs of each individual client, which can all have an impact on cost.
