A Message from Samantha Jane Whittaker
At New Age Care, our approach to Live-in Care and Hourly Care is shaped by real-life experience, heartfelt dedication, and a genuine desire to make a difference. I founded New Age Care after caring for my own family through illness and volunteering at Warwick Hospital, determined to offer something truly personal and supportive. Every day, I am inspired by our incredible team of carers and the families we serve. By listening closely to our clients and valuing our staff, we ensure that everyone receives the respect, compassion, and quality of care they deserve—whether it’s a few hours of support or round-the-clock assistance.

    Peace of mind

    When your parent has increasing support and care needs but they always wanted to stay in their own home, it is a time of great anxiety and uncertainty. We built trust with New Age Care (NAC) initially through accessing companionship sessions ahead of committing to a live in carer situation. NAC have minimised the number of different carers involved in Dad’s care and he approaches changes of carer to support his regular carer’s break positively because he knows he will get on well with the replacement. He always looks forward to his regular carer coming back though - she’s amazing!
