Our carer’s job satisfaction and happiness are of utmost importance to us, which is why we invest so much time and energy in looking after our staff!

At New Age Care if you are reliable, work hard and treat all our clients with the dignity, respect and compassion they deserve, we will look after you. We hold our caregivers in the same regard as our clients and therefore also treat them with dignity, respect and compassion.
 

Hands on management

The New Age Care management team work closely with our caregivers, supporting them with care visits, covering care calls and checking in with them daily to check on their wellbeing. We will also take the time to listen to constructive feedback from our caregivers and implement changes where needed.
 

Communication is key

We believe excellent communication is a key to our success. We will ensure updates are filtered to caregivers as soon as possible. This includes client updates, company updates and also relevant industry news.
 

Training

As well as the regular mandatory training, all our caregivers are given the opportunity to progress themselves by completing their NVQs. There will also be opportunities for caregivers to progress within the company in line with their increased qualifications.
 

Pay rate

We believe our caregivers are worth more than the standard national minimum wage. We want them to be recognized for the incredibly valuable work that they do and believe this starts with a good pay rate per hour. If you would like to know more, please contact us for more information.
 

Company bonus scheme

At New Age Care we offer a yearly bonus scheme to all our caregivers for their hard work. This is based on their reliability, standard of work and feedback from management and clients.
 

Psychologist Practitioner

At New Age Care we have a Psychologist Practitioner as part of our team. They work alongside us and are available to all caregivers who want to talk about their mental health and wellbeing. This service is completely confidential and is in place to support our caregivers with the struggles of daily life.

We are now working to ensure we incorporate the requirements to meet the rating of outstanding criteria for the CQC 5 Domains. We use the CQC guidance to ensure we meet the requirements for the relevant domain. 

In conjunction with the guidance and our own high standards, we have made strides in becoming a proactive business that identifies change, to improve the standard of care we deliver.
