New Age Care have worked tirelessly to make the improvements identified by CQC.
The New Provider Portal was advertised as a platform for providers to be reassessed in 'real time'. CQC have apologised for the ineffectual performance of the platform at this time .

New Age Care have invited CQC back in to see the improvements made and as such feel that this rating is not a true reflection of the service we provide now. 

Following a recent conversation with the CQC they have advised us they do not have any concerns with the service we provide, therefore they are in no rush to come back and inspect our service.  

We feel that the current service offered by New Age Care  is of a 'Good' standard. We invite all stakeholders in to New Age Care offices to observe our procedures and documentation.
