The health, safety and wellbeing of our clients, their families and staff are of utmost importance to us. The changing nature of covid-19 means that we will need to monitor, review and adapt our practices to ensure we continue to offer the best possible service.
Covid-19 Guidance
We will routinely monitor the covid-19 situation and follow the latest guidance and recommendations from Public Health England, the key care industry bodies and our business partners.
We will review our procedures and practices in line with these recommendations and guidance’s, and make any changes that are required, to ensure the health and safety of all
of our stakeholders.
Our Carers
All of our staff are fully vaccinated and undertake regular covid testing. They are covid-19 trained and wear the appropriate PPE such as mask and/ visors when required.
Our domiciliary carers ensure that they wash and/or sanitise their hands between clients and our live-in carers have a regular hand washing/ sanitising routine as well as helping our
clients to do the same.
Our Support
Our carers will do whatever we can to support our clients and their families with any special needs they may have as a result of the pandemic. These are unusual times and we are here
to make our clients feel as safe and as comfortable as possible. Please speak to us if you have any special needs as a result of covid-19 by emailing info@newagecare.co.uk or calling
