Welcome to New Age Care's Exercise Club called Move and Mingle, where we believe that staying active is key to maintaining health and independence in later years. Our specially designed program caters to seniors of all fitness levels, providing a fun and supportive environment to improve physical well-being and foster social connections.

What to Expect at Our Sessions
Each session is carefully structured to provide a comprehensive workout that's both enjoyable and beneficial. You'll experience:
- Warm-up exercises
- Low-impact aerobics
- Strength training with light weights
- Flexibility and balance activities
- Cool-down and relaxation techniques

The next Move and Mingle will be at 1pm on 13th March 2025

We are now working to ensure we incorporate the requirements to meet the rating of outstanding criteria for the CQC 5 Domains. We use the CQC guidance to ensure we meet the requirements for the relevant domain.
