According to Living Well with Dementia in Warwickshire, ‘It is estimated that there are currently approximately 7,840 people in Warwickshire living with dementia’, with this number set to rise ‘approximately 13,000 by 2035’.
To help those with Dementia, their Carers and family and friends, Dementia cafes have been set up all across Warwickshire.
Dementia Cafes provides a safe and supportive place for you to:
- Discuss your dementia diagnosis, or someone else’s, and think about what it means for the future.
- Get answers from health professionals and meet and learn from other people in similar situations.
