To provide high quality, bespoke care that promotes the safety, health, welfare
and quality of life of older people living in their own homes.
To form meaningful and respectful relationships with people, whilst promoting
their rights to make informed choices, maintain their privacy, preferences,
dignity and self-respect.
To ensure that services are delivered flexibly and attentively whilst supporting
service users to maintain their lifestyle, develop skills and encourage their
independence and choices, to maximise their potential.
To ensure that each service users’ needs and values are respected in matters
relating to their beliefs, diversity, religion, cultural, race or ethnic origin,
sexuality or sexual orientation, status, disabilities, or impairments.
To recruit, train and support social care workers to deliver high quality
services.
To match nominated social care workers as closely as possible to the needs,
requirements and preferences of the service user.
To promote social care workers’ health, wellbeing, and career progression.
To operate and manage the service as an efficient social care business by
making the best use of available resources to maximise value for money for all
stakeholders.
