    Live-In care professional - Sandy
    Our Care Professional of the Month this month is Sandy!
    Sandy has been looking after Bill for over a year and they have a great relationship. Sandy noticed that Bill wasn’t quite his usual self (a bit hot, less chatty and off his food) so she rang the out of hours doctor and was insistent that something just wasn’t right. A chest infection was diagnosed which required hospital treatment. On arriving at the hospital Bill’s condition worsened and Covid was diagnosed.

    Thanks to Sandy it was caught early and after a few nights in hospital Bill was discharged and is now back to his old self. It’s only due to Sandy knowing her customer and her tenacity that Bill was able to receive the treatment he needed.

    Well done Sandy!
